The minimum purchase is 1 block of 100 pixels for 1 dollar. All pixels are sold in 10x10 blocks (100 pixels).
The maximum purchase is as many you want.
We will not be held responsible for incorrect purchases and refunds are not an option.
When you purchase pixels from GopherClix you will not own any part of the site. GopherClix is an advertising tool where you can submit an image and link which will then be published on the pixel page.
You cannot change the image or link once you have submitted them, so you must be sure of the image & link you want on the pixel page, which will be there for at least 1 year. Your link/image can only be changed if your site is permanently down, change in link or any other major reason.
Once your image and link are published on the pixel page, you will not be eligible for a refund all sales are final.
The site and homepage will be online for at least 1 year and hopefully many years to come.
No obscene/offensive/adult images/words/links will be accepted. If you submit an image or link that is later found to break this condition, you will be asked to provide an alternative, NO money will be refunded and the pixels will be sold to another party if you are unable to provide an alternative link/image.
No sexual/child abuse/animal abuse/obscene/offensive/adult related links will be accepted, these are scrutinized for appropriation before activation and all decisions will be final, unless otherwise specified.
Links must abide by the terms and conditions stated on this site and the sites we advertise them on. If you submit a link that is rejected for any of the mentioned reasons, you will have the opportunity to provide an alternative in a 24hr period, otherwise your payment, less banking costs, will be refunded and you will lose your advertisement pixel position.
If your link is accepted and you later change the content of the linked site to show sexual/child abuse/animal abuse/obscene/offensive/adult related material then your link will be suspended until you provide a new one within 24hrs, after which failing this, the link will be removed and you will NOT get a refund of any kind for the link downtime.
If at any time you change the content of the linked site you must notify GopherClix, so we are aware of the change and your new content does not violate our rules. No obscene/offensive/adult images linked site are allowed. If you violate this condition your image/link will be removed immediately and you will be contacted to provide an alternative link/image. You will not in any way receive a refund due to the link downtime.
If for whatever reason in the future you want your image and link removed from the pixel page, you will be allowed to do that, but you will not receive a refund and the pixels will become available for sale.
Images are automatically resized to fit the pixels you order so you must ensure you are happy with the image before making your payment by 'Viewing' it on the pixel page first.
Images must be in GIF, PNG or JPEG format.
Animated images are not allowed on GopherClix, if you submit an animated image, either the first frame of the animation will be used or it will be removed totally and you will be contacted for a new image.
All Links must be to web pages only and begin with http://
You must have the authority to provide the image and link for the website you submit, if you do not and we become aware of this your image/link will be removed and you will not receive a refund.
Upon confirmation of payment from PayPal™ and confirmation of supplied URL link integrity, your pixel space link will go live within 24 hours.
NO guarantees are made to the amount or quality of the traffic you will receive but we try. Server uptime of the web sites we advertise your links on cannot be guaranteed.
You will need a PayPal™ Account to purchase on this site. For the time being we are only accepting PayPal™ as a form of payment.
There might be downtime experienced in the event of unscheduled/unforeseen circumstances experienced on our Web Hosting Site.
